Description
When Luzian Mar released “Spirit of Freedom” (Pulmonar Recordables, 2016) he gained recognition within the national heavy rock scene. But he not only stayed there, his indefatigable work of presentation and his musical diversity, placed him in singular projects that gave him a previously unthinkable exposition. It also fed their wealth of musical influences that, although he never goes far from their heavy roots, shows in this second LP a special singularity. An example is the track “Flamenrockeando” or “Noche de Silencios”. Again we find that consecrated colleagues from the scene collaborate in “Exterminador” like Pablo G. Soler or Claudio “Tano” Marciello (El Reloj-Almafuerte). With all these elements it is noteworthy that this artist, despite composing instrumental albums, never goes beyond the line of making music for the common people, avoiding falling into the trap of “music for musicians”, so common in their mates of the ” Six strings”. With “Exterminador”, Luzian Mar no longer seeks to stand out among the metal guitarists of Argentina, but aims to be shown as a complete national musician and Pulmonar Recordables knows that.
