The brave guitarist Walter Berterame decided to undertake a solo career after passing through Arthois and although at first glance it may seems a reckless decision, his debut LP “Forza Nova” explained it clearly. No need words. It is just only music. Ten instrumental compositions self-authored by the main musician, show the full palette of stylistic and technical resources of Berterame. Without falling into easy neo classical Metal clichés, just boot from this style, to extend the range to various rhythms, tempos and arrangements. What unites all the tracks of “Forza Nova” is a constant feeling of harmony beyond the speed of the songs. Undoubtedly, the collaboration of producer (as well as the drummer) Martín Gómez, was the key to the final outcome achieved in El Martillo Studios. It is also noteworthy, the collaboration of renowned Argentine colleagues, well known performers of the same instrument of Walter, as Pablo Soler or Carina Alfie, who with their contributions, provide the finishing touch to an album that will resonate significantly over 2015. These reasons were more than enough for Pulmonar Recordables to bet on virtual and physical release of “Forza Nova”, the beginning of the adventure of Walter Berterame.
